Cases that were denied that we won
  • $175,000 Settlement - Client’s claim had been denied after two years because the insurance company blamed her injuries on domestic violence. Once we were retained we filed suit and she received over $175,000 for low back and neck injuries suffered in a T-bone collision
  • $50,000 Policy Limits - Older female was hit by uninsured driver. Suffered injury to shoulder requiring surgery. Her insurance denied the injury claim. Just prior to arbitration we settled for the policy limit of $50,000
  • $50,000 Policy Limits - Family was being sued and their claim was being denied. We went to the MSC and not only got the claim against them dropped but forced the other parties insurance to pay the policy limits.
  • $15,000 Policy Limits - mother was driving when a car pulled out in front of her. She skid to a hault and struck the front tire of the other vehicle. She suffered injuires to her shoulder and neck. Insurance company denied claim for injury and offered no money. We got the insurance company to pay the policy limits on the claim.
  • $15,000 Policy Limits - Man was struck by an alleged uninsured driver and prior attorney dropped the case. We were not only able to track down insurance but forced them to pay the policy limits
  • $15,000 Policy Limits - Client was hit by a driver who claimed to have just paid his insurance. Defendant’s insurance denied coverage due to lapse in coverage. Prior attorney dropped the case. After investigating the claim we discovered the payment was documented in central standard time which meant it was paid in time and there should have been coverage. After we presented our information to the insurance company they paid the policy limits of their insured.
